When do you restock your inventory?
Our products are imported from Guatemala city. The restocking of our inventory depends on the arrival of our shipment from Guatemala. Which does not happen on a scheduled day and depends on our inventory needs. The idea is to import a larger number of shoes at any given time so as to reduce the cost of shipping per shoe and allow us to give more back to the cause. The best way to keep yourself informed as to when we are restocking new inventory is to follow us on Instagram @filanthropikthreads and also our Facebook page filanthropikthreads where we always post when we have new shipment and new merchandise available on our site.
What shoe size is best?
Guatemala uses a European shoe sizing. Best way to ensure your size is to measure the foot and refer to our shoe size chart.
What if I don't see a size or style?

What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you have 15 days to return your merchandise for a refund for the cost of the merchandise. All merchandise must be unused, resalable and in the original package. Please contact us before you return your item. Your refund will go back to your Paypal or debit/credit card account depending on your payment method. Shipping and postage costs are not refundable
